Answer: First, select the state, city, and practice area you want, and click enter. You will be taken to a page showing all the attorneys that match the criteria of your search. You may then either click on the link to view the attorney website or webpage, or call the attorney.

Question: Will the attorney I find on this website guarantee the result of my case?
Answer: No, no attorney is permitted by the Bar to guarantee an outcome of a case.

Question: Does use of this website create a contract with an attorney or lawyer?
Answer: No, use of this website alone to browse and find an attorney or law firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Attorney-Listings.com is an advertising site for attorneys and lawyers, and a website for attorney searches by those in need of attorneys.

Question: Does Attorney-Listings.com certify that the attorneys and lawyers on this website are specialists?
Answer: No, Attorney-Listings.com does not certify that any of the attorneys are specialists.  Attorney-Listings.com merely lists the attorneys in the practice areas that they wish to be listed in, which is usually the area of law in which the attorney or lawyer practices.  Speak to the attorney to learn more.

Answer: A listing on Attorney-Listings.com will put you and your law practice in front of millions of eyeballs that search the internet for what they need.  As per Overture, in February of 2006, there were more than 3,430,000 online searches for the search terms "lawyer" and "attorney."  In March of 2006, there were more than 2,814,000 searches for the terms "lawyer" and "attorney." 

Question: How do I sign up?
Answer: Click on the "Get Listed" link and then click "Signup Now" - you will be taken to the signup page where you will enter your information that will appear in the website listing, as well as your contact and payment information.

Question: What will I get if I purchase a listing?
Answer: In the city of your choice you will get a descriptivie listing in the 5 different practice areas, plus a listing in the "All Practice" area.  You will also get a webpage on our site where you can provide more detailed information about your firm.

Question: Can I purchase more than one listing package?
Answer: Yes, you can purchase as many listing packages as you want.  As there are so many people using the internet to search for lawyers these days, it makes sense to get listed as many times as you can in your law practice area and in the cities in which you practice. Question: When and how will I be charged?
Answer: You will be sent an invoice by mail. If you would like to pay online via credit card rather than by check, please email us to let us know.

Question: What if my law practice information changes after I purchase a listing?
Answer: No need to worry. After signing up, you will be emailed a randomly generated password permitting you to update the information in your listing and on your webpage at any time. The only thing you CANNOT change is your listing city and 5 practice areas.

Question: I don't have a website - will you develop one for me?
Answer: If you don't have a website and would like one, we will gladly design one for you. We have a team of professional website designers who would be glad to design a website for you.
